Creating a Photo ID order only takes a few simple steps...


Step 1:

Email your high quality graphics to photoid@imgcard.com. Plus, send a detail description and/or a rough diagram of how you want your card(s) to look.

Please include your contact and company name so that we could identify you.

Note: Any images, logos, or artwork submitted must be of high quality. Your finished photo ID badge/card will only be as good as the graphics you provide. (see required artwork specifications)

The rough diagram/layout can be done in a Word document or a graphics program. It can also be hand drawn on a sheet of paper and faxed to us. We highly recommend that you do send us a diagram of some sort, because it will give us a better chance to get you exactly what you want on the first proof. This will speed up the setup time and save you money.


Step 2:

We will create a hard-copy proof and send you the scanned image of the proof via email for your review and approval.


Step 3:

Upon your approval, we will send you an electronic invoice via Paypal to collect payment for the one-time setup charge for the approved layout.

Paypal is our payment processor for Master Card, Visa, and American Express. You are NOT required to sign up for a Paypal account to make a purchase because we’re a verified Business Member.


Step 4:

Once payment for the setup charge has been processed, we will setup your online user account and send you the password.


Step 5:

You log into your account and submit your ID badge/card order, then go through the checkout process.


Step 6:

A customer service representative will review your order and email you a confirmation.


Step 7:

We will produce the badges/cards and ship them out. Production lead time is 3 to 7 business days for most initial orders.
