Re-ordering your Photo ID Cards only takes a few simple steps...
The minimum order requirement is 3 ID badges/cards.
Step 1:
Email us the data feed file with the digital photos as an attachment. (For photo specifications, click here.)
This data feed file is a spreadsheet that was provided to you when the proof was approved. If you lost it, please let us know and we will resend it to you.
(Please DO NOT create your own spreadsheet as there is a high chance that it will not link up properly with our production system.)
All files should be sent to photoid@imgcard.com
(Please include your contact and company name so that we could identify you.)
All designs that require artwork/template changes will be counted as a new order. For new orders, click here to receive a new order quote.
Step 2:
We will email or call you to confirm your order.
Step 3:
We will import your digital photos and the data feed to the database for production.
Step 4:
We will produce the cards and ship them out. Production lead time is 2 to 4 business days for most photo ID re-orders. (Rush service is available. See additional services.)
